FSL India is a leading youth development organization promoting youth inclusion through volunteering and community development activities. It has been operating since 2001. FSL India’s roles and the development interventions through youth engagement at the grassroot level in the present local and global context are multi-dimensional as well as multi-directional.
Under the three pillars and thematic areas of development interventions, FSL India focuses on youth volunteering, community development and education. Evers since came into being, FSL India has engaged more than 30k youth from 40+ countries, and contributed to community development process and youth integration through voluntary engagement, community development initiatives and educational programs that promote Social Leadership and Personal Social Responsibility (PSR).

Unbiased opinions and knowledge can prove to be the gatekeepers of utmost importance. Youth Leadership
The primary aim of our programs focusing on youth is to help young minds develop social, moral, emotional, physical, and intellectual competencies. Through various programs and activities we actively promote "Youth Leadership"
Contribute To Our Society
The goal of these development initiatives is to improve people's lives by building strong, healthy communities and providing them with opportunities for economic growth.
Sea Turtle Conservation
The objective of this project is conservation and protection of sea turtles along the Kundapura coastline. We have been engaging volunteers for this project who work alongside our team in monitoring hatcheries.
Mid & Long-Term Volunteering
From a minimum duration of minimum 1 Month up to a maximum duration of 1 year or longer, the MLTV program is open to all. It is not necessary for you to have any specific skills to participate in this voluntary program.
Short-Term Volunteering
The short term volunteer or work camps as we at FSL India call it is indeed a unique opportunity for people from different countries, backgrounds and cultures to come together and work with local communities for a period between 1 to 3 weeks.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has picked up considerable momentum in recent years. Today, this practice is becoming increasingly evident in companies and they are proactively engaging in initiatives that benefit society.
Socio/Economic Development
The goal of these development initiatives is to build strong, healthy and dynamic communities, empower people, generate livelihoods and thereby contribute to the socio-economic development of our society at large.
Environment and Sustainability
The lurking threat of deforestation, pollution, and climate change demands our urgent attention to address these critical issues. Therefore, working for the environment and towards a sustainable future is one of our top most priorities.

FSL India acts as a support structure for youth and social organizations engaged in various development programs such as: 1) Asia - Europe Young Volunteers Exchange (AEYVE), 2) European Voluntary Service (EVS), 3) World Heritage Volunteers (WHV)
